Pasta with Vegetables and Amandín Rice-based Cuisine

Today we’re going to prepare a pasta dish with vegetables. Many of us are used to summery pasta salads, macaroni carbonara or the typical plate of macaroni with tomato and melted cheese. Today we’ll be taking advantage of our new product, Rice-Based Cuisine, to show you how to prepare a nice pasta dish with different vegetables. We’ll be using onion, carrot and courgette. Just wait and see how delicious this pasta is!

Ingredients

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 200g macaroni
  • 1 box of Organic Rice-based Cuisine (cream)
  • Grated cheese

Method

Step 1

Peel the vegetables, wash them and use a peeler to make strips of carrot and courgette. Chop the onion and sauté it all in a frying pan over a low heat.

Step 2

Separately, boil some water and put the pasta in it.

Step 3

When the vegetables are nice and soft add a little Amandín Organic Rice-based Cuisine and mix it all together.

Step 4

Drain the pasta, put it in the frying pan with the vegetables and add the rest of the box of Cuisine cream. Stir until everything is properly mixed together and creamy and then put it in small individual bowls. Top it with cheese and put it in the oven to melt the cheese.
