Broth for constipation

Have this broth when you suffer from: hard stools, or as a daily remedy during periods of constipation.
When to have it:
In the evening and in the morning.
Ingredients
- 1 litre of water
- 8 prunes
- 2 apples
- 1 small onion (80-100 g)
- The skin of one orange
- Psyllium seeds or chia seeds
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil, then turn the heat down, cover it and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Let it cool down, then strain it, pressing the contents into the sieve.
Step 3
Add a spoonful of psyllium or chia seeds 20 minutes before drinking it.
