Anti-anxiety broth

Have this broth when you are suffering from:

  • Cravings to eat sweet things
  • Anxiety

When to have it:

When you have an “anxiety attack”. In the afternoon and/or evening. After eating too many sweet things.



  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 small onion (80 g)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • The skin of one lemon
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 spoonfuls of oat grains (not flakes)


Step 1

Wash the oat grains thoroughly.

Step 2

Put all the ingredients in a pan (without chopping the onion), bring it to the boil, then turn down the heat, cover it and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3

Leave it to cool, strain and drink.
