Black noodles: a seafood dish that’s very quick to prepare, for you to enjoy with your friends and family!
- 2 spring onions
- 400g black noodles
- 1/2 l Amandín Fish Stock
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 250g peeled prawns
- 1 pinch of salt
Slice the spring onions and brown them in a pan with oil.
When they are browned, add the noodles and cover with the Amandín Fish Stock with Vegetables.
Cook the noodles for the time specified, adding more stock if necessary.
Brown the thinly-sliced cloves of garlic and the cayenne pepper in a frying pan. Once they are browned, take off the heat and use the same oil to toss the prawns.
Serve the noodles with the prawn sauce on top, and enjoy!
