The hot weather is coming and with it chilled soups, salads and soft drinks, right? Well this time we’re bringing you a really cool, summery soup. With just one box of our organic Ajoblanco  cold soup, a little melon and some mint… you’ve got a totally original dish. This time with the help of Marisa Fernández, who has already been dedicated to natural food for more than 25 years. She teaches cookery courses for people who are interested, as well as giving talks and writing articles about organic food. All in all, Marisa can turn her hand to anything and this shows in her everyday way of doing things.

We’re going to make a delicious soup with Marisa’s experienced help. Mmmm…

Ingredients

  • One melon
  • Amandín Organic Ajoblanco
  • Mint leaves
  • Dulse
  • Salt

Method

Step 1

Cut the melon in half and scoop out the flesh in balls

Step 2

Refill the melon with the balls and add the Amandín Organic Ajoblanco, a bit of salt, the mint and the pieces of dulse.
